MB&B Seminar - Paul Sigler Lecture: Eva Nogales, “Molecular regulatory mechanism of the gene silencer PRC2”

PRC2 is an essential epigenetic complex during development and a major anti-cancer target. Its activity as a methyltransferase is regulated by cofactors and histone modifications, as well as automethylation. Our cryo-EM studies are providing mechanistic insights into these regulatory processes.
