Matt Simon awarded Ono Pharma Breakthrough Science Initiative Award

By Meaghan Sullivan: Matt Simon, associate professor in MB&B and the Chemical Biology Institute at West Campus, has been awarded the Ono Pharma Breakthrough Science Initiative Award. The award specifically looks for high-risk, high-reward science that has the potential to lead to novel patient treatments. It provides funding for three years of chemical biology research, which the Simon lab will use to study the chemistry and dynamics of RNA.
