Congratulations to Dr. Enrique De La Cruz and Dr. Robert W. Fernández for being honored on the 100 Inspiring Hispanic/Latinx Scientists in America list. Cell Mentor, an online resource from Cell Press and Cell Signaling Technologies, has compiled a list of inspiring Hispanic and Latinx scientists in honor of National Hispanic Heritage Month. The list was made based on the scientists’ scholarly achievements, mentoring excellence, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. This list hopes to “change the perception of what a scientist looks like and make our collective image more representative of society at large.” MB&B is honored to have Dr. Enrique De La Cruz as its chair and Dr. Robert W.
